2018

Interviews by
Ross Harvey

Why are you excited to be the interview host at ARC 2018?

The best moments in life are shared with other like minded people; that resonant and intuitive connection we feel is invaluable. I (quite literally) cannot wait for ARC for this reason.

Can you tell us a bit about your presentation at The Experience?

Perfect Your Brand & Pricing. From £2K to £10K.

Pricing can be a pain in the ass. It can also be empowering. How is it that some charge £1K, others £2K and some £10K? What sets them apart? What models to they use? How can YOU be confident with higher prices? I shall reveal some tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years, from my original £200 all day package to £10K+.

Why Arc?

The ARC Team are organising an incredible event geared towards creativity, mind expansion and togetherness (and partying!), which I know will attract the right people.

Your journey

Fulfilling your artistic vision through creative expression and storytelling while having a damn good time in the process. Does it get any better than that? Not for me :¬)

I've spent years researching psychology, philosophy and the sciences in which to understand the nature of two things; happiness and creativity. They're the key to a life worth living. The wonderfully exciting things I've learned - which have catapulted my life to higher realms - can be learned and implemented by anyone. I'm as passionate about sharing this knowledge as I am shooting weddings.

My career is founded in this knowledge, which I can guarantee is the catalyst for all of my photography awards (Best Wedding Photographer in England 2013 and 2014 - which I now judge - and the UK #1 Fearless Photographer from 2013 to 2016).

While earning a Masters Degree in Advanced Computer Science between 2000-2004, I taught myself graphic design and web development. This became my job after leaving university and evolved to the position of brand designer and usability consultant for blue chip companies. During that time I fell in love with photography as a hobby, and taught myself everything I know today. All the while researching and practicing the optimisation of the mind. I call it Mind Mechanics.
